Nestel Pottery Mugs
When I first started potting I found mugs to be a little intimidating in the sense that they are quite intimate to the user. Your eye first must be attracted to the shape and color, your hand touches the surface and tests the fit of the handle, your lips touch the rim to take a sip, your arm feels the weight..all of these things must be taken into consideration. One of the things I most enjoy is watching people shop for a mug..a mug lover will circle the mug tree repeatedly, touching this one and weighing that one; it fascinates me to watch. Over the years I’ve learned to lighten up and thoroughly enjoy the immense variations mug making has to offer and I hope you enjoy my mugs as much as I enjoy creating them!
