At Nestel Pottery, we are not merely purveyors of exquisite home and lifestyle products; we are curators of a narrative woven from the threads of nature, family, and artistry. Our journey began in the landscapes of Wells, BC, Canada where the whispers of the forest and the echoes of childhood adventures shaped us. As the eldest of four, I spent my formative years immersed in the natural world, exploring the remnants of a bygone mining era, and cultivating a profound appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us.  Inspiration comes from many sources; forests, gardens, animals, friends, family, home, food and customers who come to me with special requests.

Graduating with a Forestry Degree from UNBC in 2005, I dedicated nearly two decades to nurturing the forests of Quesnel, a testament to my commitment to the environment. In June 2024, I embraced a new chapter, one that allowed me to channel my passion for creativity and craftsmanship into my pottery. Here, we offer a curated selection of unique home and lifestyle products, from stylish whiskey cups that evoke the warmth of shared moments to innovative magnetic soap dishes that infuse charm into the mundane.

Our inspiration is drawn from the vibrant hues of my dahlias, the gentle (sometimes raucous) clucking of chickens, and the laughter of grandchildren, all of which breathe life into our creations.
