While most people use these trays to serve devilled eggs in, I have a backyard flock of chickens and love to use these trays to set out my eggs when I am baking, prepping for a meal or just want to admire the rich colored shells of my hens. It holds 16 med to large eggs, weighs 865g, measures 25x25 including the handles. This tray is decorated on dark clay with a colorful slip to accentuate the richness of the clay.
