These fun shortbread bakers are unglazed but durable. Use them to make shortbread triangles with decorative festive images on each slice. I use a whipped shortbread recipe that contains plenty of butter and simply press the dough into the pan firmly and bake until golden. Cool for a few minutes then invert the pan and the shortbread will pop right out, cut into triangles. Shortbread recipe included. 22cm dia (8.5")
